1. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard and Visa. You can order from our secured site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

3. What is my password and how do I get one?
You create a password when you sign up on our site and create an Account. At that time, you'll be asked to enter a password of your choice. Should you forget your password click the "Password Forgotten" link on the My Account page and we will send it to your email account on your request.

Transactions on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption, the highest standard allowed. On another note - You should never share your username or password with anyone. View the Privacy page for more info.
5. Do you ship internationally?
We do have International Shipping options set up through USPS to Canada, United Kingdom, and Japan. Shipping times can vary as some products are shipped through two destinations and because of the normal customs process. Standard shipping estimate is 2 weeks for Canada or the UK. For any other countries, you must email us first with the product your interested in and your full address, we will then reply with a shipping quote. Please use the Contact Us form and in subject enter International Shipping. Please note, we do not pay any Duty Tax or VAT you as the buyer would be responsible for any fees incurred at time of import. Your billing address must match the shipping address or your order will be canceled.
6. Will you send a tracking number to me when my order has shipped?
We will notify you when your item(s) have shipped and what delivery service was used if it wasn't specified.
You will be provided a tracking number(s) at that time after your order has shipped. You can also login to your My Account and view the order history, we will enter tracking numbers there as well.
7. Can I ship to a different address?
Maybe, for US orders only. Your US order however may be delayed if a confirmation is requested. Avoid delays by either adding the address to your account through your credit card company. If using PayPay utilize their confirm another address feature. We reserve the right to hold any order until confirmation can be made. Billing and shipping addresses must match for International orders, no exceptions unless approved prior to order being placed.
